It is a section in the corporate company that
matters the QUALITY (of service and of product).

What is QUALITY?
It defines by the following.

REQUIREMENTS.

In order to attain quality in our product, we

Answer: No. This both the terms are effectively

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF A QC


INSPECTOR
It is a pledged of a QC inspector to be.
1. Responsible for the performance of all inspection
and laboratory testing activities as defined on the
Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
2. Responsible to perform incoming inspection for all
raw materials and product sub-parts and
accessories.
3. Responsible
for
ensuring
that
turn-over
documentation is maintained, organized and on
schedule.
4. Responsible to work on precise limits and defined

It is a pledged of a QC inspector to be.
5. Responsible to conduct inventory in any case and
in any aspect of QA/QC Department.
6. Responsible to perform on-line or patrol monitoring
inspection on the designated area; and final
inspection of finished goods as well.

environment conforming to laboratory rules and
5S.
8. Responsible to make daily reports, work
endorsement to next shift and any other related
documentation.
