How it Works
Looking beyond external or extrinsic motivators.
However, lower level extrinsic motivators have to be
satisfactory for there to be a higher level of intrinsic
motivation.
Motivation is essentially intrinsic. External factors provide
the conditions.
Can I do something about the extrinsic or external factors?
Can I do something about the intrinsic or internal factor?
