Introduction to aviation management
Definition of Aviation : aviationis the the aspect and
art of design, development, production, operation and
use of aircraft.

former naval officer Gabriel La Landelle in 1863,from
the verbavier(synonymous flying), itself derived from
the Latin wordavis("bird") and the suffix-ation
The aviation industry is divided into three sectors :
Military aviation, Civil aviation and General aviation.

An airline is a company that offers air transport for
passengers and freight. Airlines vary widely in size, from
small companies with only one or two aircraft to huge
multinational companies with more than 100 aircrafts.

56.6 million jobs supported by aviation worldwide
Aviation management is understanding of the AVIATION
industry and to provide detailed knowledge, attitudes and
skills to graduates and to gain employment within this
dynamic industry. organizations like the airports,
manufacturers, airlines, the regulatory system and the
investigative arm of governments are constantly seeking
highly qualified people to become future leaders.
