GROUP PROCESS
According to Burlingame & Fuhriman (Nystul, 2003),
there are four aspects that related to Group Process:

The clients willingness to share their feelings and emotions
#2-Group-centred vs. Self- centred Focus

Assistances are needed to monitor the attention given to the clients

#3-NOW-AND-IN-HERE Focus
Attract and assist the clients to focus on getting to know more about
each other
#4-Group Objective

Determining the course of the group counselling session

GROUP DYNAMICS
Group dynamics is a system of
behaviours and psychological
processes occurring within a social
group or between social groups.
The study of group dynamics can be
useful in understanding decision-
making behavior, tracking the
spread of diseases in society and
creating effective therapy
techniques.
Group dynamics are at the core of
understanding racism, sexism, and
other forms of social prejudice and
discrimination.
