Customer Credit

To create a customer credit , find the originating Customer Invoice.

This example explains how to build an invoice from the beginning


but as part of the standard business process the invoice will
usually exist after the despatch has been posted.
STEP 1 Build Credit

1. Right click in Document Number


2. In modal, find and select Invoice
1. Find originating Invoice and
Press Build Credit

1. Check Accounts and Posting


Date and adjust as necessary

2. Alter Qty and Value if required


(Note: stock will move if Qty
retained for a Stck line. Zero out
for value only credit)

3. Press Save

4. Press Post
