maintain a healthy life style?
Congestive Heart Failure is
a condition in which the
heart cannot pump enough
blood throughout the body.
We strongly believe that in
fact people with CHF should
be allowed to exercise in
order to strengthen their
heart as well as to upkeep
the stamina of it; inactivity
affects your heart, therefore
exercise would strongly
Exercise will help you have a healthy heart.

Exercising regularly can improve your


hearts strength.
You must have a healthy lifestyle to
feel better and increase your life span.
Many people feel that exercise may
hurt an individual rather than help
them, but it really does help them.
Upkeep your hearts stamina

CHFcan be caused by inactivity of


the heart, so by not allowing those
diagnosed with CHF exercise, we are
hurting them more than assisting
them.
Onereason why a person may have
Congestive Heart Failure, can be
because of lack of exercise. Your
heart gets stimulated every time
you exercise, and since it is a highly
specialized muscle it can get
stronger.

reason can be a poor diet.
Eating healthy will make you feel

like anyone else that is

already damaged.

Individuals

should exercise on a daily basis and eat

much exercise is appropriate
Educationis also needed to teach people
the misconception that this disease carries

physical activity should reduce chances of
