INTRODUCTION
Narmada Offshore Constructions Pvt. Ltd.,
(NARMADA) Navi Mumbai, India has been
successfully serving the Oil, Gas and Petro-
chemical Industry since last more than 2
decades .
Since incorporation, we are one of the few
companies offering Pipeline constructions,
terminal works which comprising Civil, Structural,
Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical &
Instrumentation works.
Narmada Offshore is one of the pioneer company
offering complete Pipeline Pre-Commissioning,
Commissioning and De-Commissioning Services
for Onshore and Offshore projects in India
We have complete sets of equipments for the

OHSAS 18001:2007 for Occupation Health & Safety
Management System accredited by ASCB (E), UK.

For consistent quality service delivery of field staff, competency
training in the relevant operational disciplines is imperative. It is
our intention that all personnel utilized on projects will undergo all
the required training for performing the assigned activities.

Planning & Management of the work-scopes on the
projects awarded will be vital to the successful on-
time completion of the operation.

The Management of NOCPL gives full backing to this policy and will

For the operations, as well as providing technical
advice to Contractor & the Client we propose to
supply a dedicated Project Manager who will be
responsible for all technical & management aspects
of the project. Our proposed Project manager will
have a strong technical background which will
enable them to perform critical engineering within
the project, such as IDC of procedures, Chairing
brainstorming sessions, chairing HAZOP meetings,
etc.
The Project Head will be permanently based in
MUMBAI & will co-ordinate operations with contractor
through their project head office.

Constructions of COT (Crude Oil Terminal) facilities of the


IOCL Paradip 48 Dia SPM & Pipeline Project which
comprising Mechanical, Piping work, Electrical and
instrumentation works for process lines, SRV Skids, Launcher,
Receiver, Fabrication and installation of pipe fittings such as
Bends, Flanges, Gaskets, Sockolet, Weldolet, Tees, Reducers, Ball
Valves, Gate Valves, Check Valves, Plug Valve, MOV Valves,
Insulating Joints, seamless pipes, Jib Cranes, Pigging pumps, other
pipe fittings, Installation of HV switch boards, LV PCC,
Transformer, Soft Starter Panel, Bus Duct, UPS & DC system,
Lighting, Power Boards, Flame proof & Industrial Lighting fixtures,
Lighting Poles, Power socket & Matching Plugs, Cable tray and
accessories, Junction Boxes, Cable Glands, HV Power cable and LV
Power cable, Control cable, Cable installation materials, conduit
and fittings, Earthing Electrodes, Installation & erection works of
PLC control system in COT instrumentation Room & Existing
Rooms, Ultrasonic Flow Meter installation, Pressure Gauge,
Temperature Gauge, Transmitter with Canopy, instrumentation
cable laying, instrument junction boxes, Cable Glands, Plugs,
Cable market, Cable termination kit, cable termination lug, PVC

Corporation Limited, Paradip as a Sub-contractor of M/s. Hyundai
Heavy Industries Co. Ltd., Korea. The total value of works

Civil and Structural works for Constructions of COT
(Crude Oil Tank) facilities of the IOCL Paradip 48
Dia SPM & Pipeline Project which comprising Site
survey, site grading, excavation, back filling, drainage,
sand bedding & filling, RCC, PCC, Brick works, Plastering,
Road crossings with HDPE pipes, Road cuttings & Re-
construction, Dismantling & Restoration work of Drainage,
Dismantling & Restoration work of COT Wall, Road and
Pavement works, PCC footpath, RCC pipes, Polyester
resign coating, Scaffolding, Cast Iron cover, Cable
trenching, Civil Foundations, Piling works, Coal tar epoxy
coating, Bitumen, Neutralization Pit, Chain link fencing
etc. and Architectural works such as Substation buildings,
RCC Wall & Roof, Ceiling, Door, Window, Rolling Shutter,
Ventilator, Plinth Protection, AC System for UPS &
Instrumentation Room, Transformer Gate Fencing, Pump
Shed etc. for M/s. Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Paradip
as a Sub-contractor of M/s. Hyundai Heavy Industries Co.
Ltd., Korea. The total value of works executed was
USD3343103.00.

instrumentation works etc. The total

Miscellaneous Structural Work at
Railway Gantry area at Railway
siding at Paradeep Terminal,
Paradeep, Odisha which comprising
supply of 700 MT of Structural Steels,
9639 Sqm. of pre-coated galvanized iron
sheets and 120318 Kgs of Structural steel
galvanized grating for M/s. Indian Oil
Corporation Ltd., Mumbai. The total work
order value was USD 1462935.96.
Composite Station works at
Khopholi Booster Station for
M/s.Hindustan Petroleum
Corporation Ltd., Mumbai under
their Mumbai-Pune-Solapur
Pipeline Project. The job
comprising Civil & Mechanical
works including foundation,
installation and commissioning
of mainline pumps. The total
value of works executed was
USD 151516.00.
