Complicated technology requires two teams. One at the source
and another one at receiving end of the technology. Each team is
led by a champion and consists of a number of specialists,
depending on the complexity of the technology and size of the
project

People work best in an atmosphere of trust and healthy
competition
Building team work and motivating the team members are
critical
The chain of the command and communication channels should
be well understood by all
Success is largely dependent on the quality of the people
