I. Maternal and childcare
1. Free immunization
- BCG
- DPT (Diptheria, Pertusis, Tetanus
- OPV (Oral Polio Vaccine)
- Measles
- Hepatitis for newborn of the calendar year
2. Newborn care

4. Operation Timbang (OPT) for children 0-12 mos.
5. Micronutrients supplementation

- Food supplement for very low and low

II. Safe Motherhood and family planning
1. Free pre-natal, natal and post-natal check-up

VII. Environmental Sanitation


1. Insurance of health certificate to all food handlers
2. Insurance of business permits
3. Monitoring of different establishment in order to ensure compliance to sanitary
and safety standards

- Collect specimen to test if potable (bacteriological, physical and chemical
analysis)
5. Iodized salt testing
6. Planning and implementing proper excreta and sewage disposal system
7. Inspection of Household with sanitary toilet follow-up proper use and
maintenance
8. Inspection of household without sanitary toilet to campaign for construction

is to be confirmed through barangay ID or certificate of birth

Each barangay is assigned to a specific health center if the


barangay does not have its own health center

CENTER PROFILE

Established and started operation in 1990. One of the 1st HC


established around the vicinity of medicion. It is now called Imus 1
and is considered as the main Barangay Health care center for
barangay medicion 1,2 Toclong 1,2 Carsadang Bago, alapan 1 and
pagasa 1, 2, Address is Taclong 2-A Eugenio Villanueva Ave, Imus,
