We are introducing the business of

manufacturing Fly Ash Bricks with a view
point of eliminating Fly Ash as an
Environmental Pollutant, which provides huge
benefit to the organization as well as to the
environment.

about environment, & to be the largest player
in the field of fly-ash brick production.

w he clay bricks which we use are made up of

soil of specific quality, but due to which
erosion of earth occurs.
w his job is too laborious and involves cost.
w atural seasons affect the quality and cost.
w his brick production creates environmental
pollution.

Õ

w elps to reduce the pollution
w emand consumption and increasing cost of clay
bricks, We came up with FLY AS BRICKS.
w he main raw material is fly ash, Which is
available in abundant quantity and even free of
cost at the thermal power station.
w isposal of fly ash is complicated.
w It is highly polluting material.

w It is a very difficult material to handle in dry state
because it is very fine and readily airborne even
in mild wind.

w It disturbs the ecology of the region, being a

source of soil , air and water pollution.

w Inhalation of fly ash causes silicosis, fibrosis of

lungs, bronchitis, pneumonia etc.

å
w Flying fine particles of ash create great
nuisance for people living near power stations,
corrode structural surfaces, and affects
horticulture.

w Eventual settlement of fly ash particles over

many hectares of land in the vicinity of power
station brings about perceptible degeneration
in soil characteristics.

(
w ECO bricks aims to promote Fly Ash bricks as an
alternative to burnt clay brick within the construction sector
in India. Fly ash is mixed with two other ingredients
available as industrial byproducts:

w Lime from the acetylene industry, and

w Gypsum from chemical plants.

w FaL ± G Brick which is well qualified as emission-abating

project it receive the benefits of carbon credits.

w Currently the demand for bricks is very high than
the supply.
w & S gap is 250 billion bricks per annum
w Raw material used for regular red bricks is
limited.
w Strategic step:
± Introducing Fly Ash Bricks to reduce demand and
supply gap.
± Subsidies and orders from govt.
