Alcohol and drug abuse among teens has been going


on for many years. It wasnt until recently that
numbers started to increase again. As a result to
these numbers increasing more and more people
have been being killed, consuming so much drugs
and alcohol that these adolescents are overdosing
and, becoming regular and lifelong users.
