about the CODE OF CONDUCT IN SECURITY.

2. Security Guard or Security Officers are expected to


OBEY to a CODE OF ETHICS in accordance with the rules
and regulations of the Republic Act. 5487 known
as "Security Agency Law in the Philippines"

3. Every Security Guard in the Philippines MUST KNOW

attendance through the biometric Bundy clock installed
All employee are required to key-in four (4) transactions
per day (log-in and out AM/PM)
Failure to key in four (4) times shall be considered as
incomplete transaction
Mean either half day, under time and/or absent
Unless supported by a personnel pass, Travel order, Notice of
meeting/seminar
Handwritten time entries in the daily time record (DTR) will not
be considered unless initialled by immediate supervisor and
supported with photo copy of logbook.

DTR shall be submitted two (2) working days
after the fifteenth (15th) and end of the month
Signature of the employee and immediate
supervisor signify their assent and/or
attestation as to the correctness of time
entries.
Late submission of DTR means delay of salary
(salary will be processed on the next payroll
processing date)

will be counted against the employee and are
DEDUCTED from the employees SALARY

- Any EMPLOYEE who is ABSENT in the


MORNING is considered TARDY

- Any EMPLOYEE who is ABSENT in the


AFTERNOON is considered to have incurred
UNDERTIME.

HABITUAL TARDINESS
- Any EMPLOYEE who incur tardiness regardless of number of minutes
per day, TEN (10) times a month for at least TWO (2) consecutive
months during the year or for at least TWO (2) months in a semester.

HABITUAL UNDERTIME
- Any EMPLOYEE who incur undertime regardless of number of minutes
per day, TEN (10) times a month for at least TWO (2) consecutive
months during the year or for at least TWO (2) months in a semester.

HABITUAL ABSENTEEISM
- Any EMPLOYEE who incur unauthorized absences exceeding the
allowable 2.5 days monthly for at least THREE (3) months in a semester
or at least THREE (3) consecutive months in a year.
