arrangements for the backword classes to allow
them to enjoy a humane lifestyle and bring their
upliftment in the political field.

Article 46 of the constitution:-

educational and economical intrest of the weaker
section of the people { SCS & STS} should be
preserved and shall protect them from social
injustice and all forms of exploitation.
TYPES OF
RESERVATION.
CASTE BASED : Caste is decided on
birth, and can never be changed. A person can
change his religion, and his economic status can
fluctuate, the caste is permanent.

cast, race and religion; anybody who has money
can buy his/her seat.

bill was passed by Rajya Sabha on 9 march 2010
by a majority vote of 186 members in favour and
1 against.

Religion based : government says that this

quota is based on the backwardness of the
religious communities and not on the religion
themselves.
State of domicile : Most of jobes under
state government are reserved to those who are
domicile under that government.

Undergraduate colleges : Institutes

gain the advantages
and the deserving one
are still without a
significant change in
their situations.

SIDE EFFECT OF
RESESVATION
SYSTEM
I had a friend of mine
whose father was a
PCS officer.
He always went around
bunking school since
10th standard,was once
beaten up for eve-
teasing,his father got
him out of it ,so ,no
police action was
taken..
He had nothing to do
with books,ciggaretes
and vodka his best
companions .
I always believed that this guy's
future is black.
He was promoted to intermediate due to
his father.. While all of us were
preparing for our competition exams,this
guy was fondling with girls.. Anyway..
We always thought that our hardwork
would yield good results, and this guy is
gonna be screwed up..
For no one's surprise,it was not the
matter.. not in our country atleast..
Many of my friends got good private
colleges in Engineering..some even got
government.. I met this guy some days
ago in a party .. I asked him about
where he is these days, he replied NIT

10 REASONS WHY RESERVATION
SHOULD BE ABOLISHED IN
INDIA..
1. We have a lot of
quantity but what we
want is quality.. Give a
chance to the deserved
rather than the reserved.

2. Really talented people

don't get what they
deserve...because they
are not 'reserved'.

3. To prove the word

equality in the
constitution
4. As abroad ,India should
offer free quality education
and should sponsor
scholarships for unprivileged
poor student, reservation
is just opposite to it..
5. Reservation system is
affecting education system.
6. Reservation system
should be abolished because
it is associated with the
castes rather than the
economically backward.
7. Because generals are also human
beings and they are neither born
with extra ordinary brains, theyve
a silver spoon in their mouth.
8. Poverty and backwardness does
not recognise any caste...
9. So that all people may feel that
they are being treated equally...!!
10 Even after 60 years of
reservation system, they still need
reservation. It means, they just
don't deserve it!!
SOLUTIONS..
1. Reservation on the
collective salary of family,
that is salary of husband
and wife, and incomes
derived from all other
sources like gifts or
income from joint family
property.

2. The benefit of the

reservation for only first
2 children of the family.
3. Creation of
online database
so every Indian
will know which
family is enjoying
the benefits of
reservation in
education or job
or women
reservation.
Everyone thinks of changing
the world, but no one thinks of
changing himself.
