The purpose of this presentation is to share within MCHF Quality


Team to understand the Quality and its Management Principles,
Role Play of Team Leader and Team members.

To understand our own role and the role of every other team member.
To execute our responsibilities with a professional attitude, higher levels of
cooperation within the interested parties (Quality, construction, Customer).
To provide feedback to our team leader, about our day to day activities,
problems faced, non conforming potentials observed.
To make an open and respectful communication with every one.
To provide support to new initiatives and creative ideas.
To have a flexible approach and ready to accept challenging assignments
and responsibilities.
Shall keep an open mind to receive training and constructive feedback from
team leader.
Shall be self motivated to upgrade basic skills, acquire new skills, &
knowledge.

Confidence to organize the team events, defines role play and


delegates responsibilities to every team member.
Identifies the Performance Potential of every individual team member
and assign tasks, Guidance and training accordingly.
To maintain a cordial working relationship with the whole of the Quality,
Construction, and Customer and to be supportive to its team
members in achieving the Goal.
Encourages feedback from every Quality team member , Construction
Team & Customer and analyzes it and provide suggestions /
guidance for the improved performance.
Anticipates potential problems and guides the team to overcome it.

Analyse the root cause of the failures, takes appropriate corrective


actions rather than blaming any Team member.
Evaluates performance and provides constructive feedback to the every
team member.
Shall posses skills for effective communication.
Provides opportunities to develop their skills.
Maintain higher ethical standards and professionalism.
Motivates team members, Encourages new efforts, has a open mind to
accept suggestions from the team members and Contributes to the
group decision making.

How to Improve PQI

To demonstrate to Aramco with confidence, the


Compliance of our construction activities to the
requirements.
To Know the requirements of Aramco and
communicate to our construction in tool box meetings.
To closely monitor our Construction activities and
identify the potential problems and communicate to
Construction as a Proactive Notification.
To have a Good working relationship with Saipem
Construction and with the Saudi Aramco.

Our Role as Quality Personnel at Manifa

To provide adequate confidence to Saudi Aramco, that


the Manifa Plant construction is in compliance to the
agreed Engineering & Construction standards and all
the testing and inspection activities are accomplished
as per the Quality Plan and the results are acceptable
to the complete satisfaction of Saudi Aramco.
To effectively communicate to our construction Team
the importance of maintaining the Project PQI above
85%.
To Conduct tool box meeting to communicate the
Aramco Quality requirements and to monitor the
construction effectively to prevent repeated
violations.
