Format E can be used if you are asked to analyze a
present old method or procedure as compared to a new
proposed method or procedure. Your recommendation
is placed in the second portion of your report after the
introduction, but it can be repeated under the
conclusion. The background contains the reason for
doing such study or analysis, the importance of change
in procedure in order to improve the quality of work or
system. The introduction contains The problem that is
being studied, the scope of the study and again the
importance of doing such analysis or study

Format F can be used to present investigation
reports, reports needed for insurance purposes, reports
that will serve as basis for future decisions. An example
here is a report on the analysis of the working time

IV. CONCLUSIONS
As seen from the gathered data, there is therefore a
need to change present office schedule. Most offices
start at 8:00 a.m. but with the present traffic problems
besetting Metro Manila, starting at 9:00 a.m. or 8:30 a.m.
will greatly reduce tardiness and enhance employees
effectiveness. An employee who has been in a traffic
jam for almost 3 to 4 hours daily before reporting to
work is already drain when he reaches his office.

V. RECOMMENDATIONS
With the new working schedule, measures should be
adopted for strict compliance.
The changes we recommend are the following:
1. New working schedule be strictly followed.
Daily= 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturdays= To be assigned by rotation
2. Employees will be required to sign a logbook upon arrival and
departure from office
3. Late arrival will be considered a half day work

V. RECOMMENDATIONS
4. Employees with no record of tardiness in one month
will be given a certificate of merit. The number of
merits earned during the year will play a major role in
the next years salary increase.
5. Absences should always be with reason and it has to
be relayed to the superior a day before or on the same
day. Unexcused absence will be deducted from the
salary.
