In this chapter you introduce the industry. If you were as intern in


Bank, introduce the banking as well as the historical development
of the financial sector in global and national perspective.

Chapter III: Introduction of the
Organization
This chapter begins with the introduction of the organization you are
assigned to perform the job of internship. This chapter includes the
background, capital structure, its achievements, products and
services, its sales and offers etc.

The company will provide the informations. Collect as much


relevant information as possible. (you may start collecting
information from the second week). But at the same time try to
use SWOT analysis.

Chapter IV: Analysis of Activities Done
and Problem Solved
This is the important part of your intern report.In this chapter, you
have to write all the activities you have done in the organisation
during the intern.

Write down the tasks assigned to you and how you performed
and fulfilled the tasks. Learn to relate subject knowledge and work
done.

If you were assigned to solve problem during the intern, it is the


opportunity to you to show your capability to the organisation. Write
down the problems what you have faced and state how did you
solve them.

Chapter V: Conclusions and lessons learnt

Make sure you have included the fulfillment of the objectives in


sequential order.
Suggestions and recommendations are not necessary but if you
see something urgent you may mention them in separate
headings such as :

Recommendation to internship program, etc.

Tables and Figures

Include only tables and figures useful to the text.


Tables and figures need to be explained.
Number tables and figures independently. Number them as per
chapter. For example Table 2.4 for the 4th table of the chapter
second.
Give title for the tables and figures. The title should be short
and represent the table or figure
The number and title is written at the top of table or figure.
If the table or figure is copied write down the source at the
bottom.
Use same font size, space for table.
