General Summary of Duties:
Responsible for the coordination and implementation of the
Agency Quality Assurance/Performance Improvement Program
and Corporate Compliance Program. Responsible for Project
Management of Improvement Projects both Clinical and Non-
Professional Clinical throughout the Agency. Oversees all Corporate and HIPAA
Compliance activities. Responsible for management and
Goals completion of Medicare Claims Appeals, including Third Party
Liability claims and ADRs. Responsible to provide oversight of
Agencys policies and procedures and assure they are updated
regularly. Member of the Senior Management team.
Supervision Exercised: Directs the efforts of the Performance
Improvement Assistant, Performance Improvement Coordinator,
OASIS Specialists, HIM Manager and Education Specialist.
