On June 09, 2014, the US Embassy Manila launched the English Access

Microscholarship (Access) Program at Navotas National High School, in Navotas

City.The Access Program is one of the U.S. Government’s premier English language
programs. It offers talented 13- to 16-year-olds from economically disadvantaged
sectors a foundation of English language skills by providing 360 hours of after-school
classes and intensive sessions over a period of two years.
