JC Section 9.2- A PHW in the service as

of the effectivity of R.A. No. 7305 on April
17, 1992, shall be granted the first
Longevity Pay on the day after reaching
the first 5 years as PHW
e.i., on April 17, 1997. Subsequent LPs shall be granted
every 5 years thereafter.
