How to manage finances as a teacher in the school?

• Common issue among teachers is in terms of the collection of

Resources Public Money (SUWA)
• Include student fees, donations, public donations, rental property
(school canteen, buses and process for school project).
• In the classroom, teachers usually collect special fees (class
decoration) and magazine fees.
• According to Shahril @ Chahril (2005), a major problem in schools’
financial management is when teachers buy things without following
the procedures.
• Ex: teachers buy a product without filling the order form first.
• This is a clear violation of the financial and principals have the right to
refuse the payment.
• There are also teachers that collect special fees from students but
they do not inform the school administration and resulting the
students to complain.
