Notification Introduction

Notification information is reported to the EMS when

a transient event occurs in the managed network,
such as a state change. Generally, such an event has
no direct effect on services.

By displaying notifications on the client interface, the

EMS notifies maintenance personnel of the network
running status that should be concerned.

If the same notification is repeatedly generated,

the event causing the notification should be

processes immediately because it may influence
services.

Data Tracing

Unified Data Tracing:

Unified data tracing helps collect and trace

data in real time. The key data to be traced
includes management-based tracing for cells
and signaling-based tracing for users.

Call Data Tracing:

Call data tracing uses the CDT receiver to trace

non-real-time data. The key data to be traced
includes management-based tracing for NEs
