to mind our Mind.
There's Peace
when the mind is
calm, equanimous
and kind.

Heedlessness brings
pain to the fool.
Be careful, heedful
and mindful.

That is the way


to be peaceful.

Do reflect on
The Buddha
and be inspired.
His great
Virtues and
Wisdom
should be desired.
In these
troubled times,
His Teachings
are required.

Touch the
heart of
another
with Metta.
It's a great
way to
lessen his
Dukkha.

Conquer the bad
with goodness.
Train the mind
in mindfulness.
May good deeds
bring happiness.

True Refuge in
The Triple Gem
removes mental
DIS-EASE.
The mind
reaches a state
of sublime
happiness
and peace.

We need
quiet moments
of meditation
for real peace,
happiness
and liberation.

Daily we must have mindfulness practice
to attain insights
and true joy and peace.

When we
live with
Right View
and good
morality,
we will be
more happy
and peaceful
certainly.

The wise ones
know the
importance of
practicing
gratitude.

Happiness,
joy and peace
fill the heart
with such an
attitude.

Beware of the
great danger of EGO.
EGO causes lots of
Dukkha you know.
One who behaves
in egoistic ways
will certainly meet
with suffering days.

Walk The Middle Way
mindfully and ardently.
This is the purpose of life
for the wise really.

When the heart is
filled with love
and compassion,
and there is right
mindfulness
and intention,
you will soon
attain peace
and liberation.

Virtue and morality
are the base
for spirituality.
Leading a virtuous
and righteous life,
one will live
peacefully.

Ignorance and craving spins
us in the Wheel of Samsara
When will we all
follow the Path
to end all forms of Dukkha?

May we all strive towards
true spiritual Awakening.
Awakening brings peace
and insights into your being.

may we strive on mindfully
for Nibbana
