Background
By the virtue of Republic Act No. 10461, sponsored by
Congressman Tobias Reynald M. Tiangco, the Bangkulasi
Senior High School was approved on April 16, 2013.
This was established on June 2016 through the donation
and clearing of the school which was facilitated by
Mayor John Reynald M. Tiangco and with the support of
Brgy. Chairwoman Virginia S. Gatbunton and council.
The school site was donated by Rev. Dr. Bonifacio R.
Angeles and Mrs. Guadalupe M. Angeles. Located at 14
M. Sioson Street, Barangay Bangkulasi, it is the first
stand-alone senior high school in Navotas City. The
building was occupied on February 8, 2017 and
inaugurated on February 9, 2017. The officer-in-charge
(OIC) is Perfecto Ong Cincollagas, SSHT under former
OIC Superintendent Dr. Romulo Rocena.

General School Rules
1. Be punctual, report to school and class on time.
2. Strive to be present every school day. In case of
absence, parents should notify the teacher in
writing upon the student's return to school.
3. Respect each other at all times. Disagreements will
be settled by discussing the problem and seeking a
solution that is fair to all concerned.

neat. Do not deface or damage school property.
Students who vandalize the school property will make
restitution.

not run; running is a frequent cause of injuries.

Students leaving the campus must have a Student
Pass and must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

• valuables, extra money, computer games, items of
sentimental value
• fireworks, matches
