Wok N’ Roll underwater restaurant is committed to provide all guests with memorable
experiences that are fun and entertaining. Our aim is to maintain a healthy financial status, be
an employer of choice, while serving the community with the highest standards safety,
products and guest services. Through authenticity and innovation, we create unique
memorable experiences.

Vision
Wok N’ Roll underwater restaurant with focus on conservation and entertainment will be the
world’s best and wonderful theme underwater restaurant. Moreover, this restaurant will
provide the guests with excellent experiences through discovery of admiring marine life while
having their meal. Thus, connecting the people to nature.
Description & Location
 Its name comes from the depth of the sea about 5.8 metres.
 This needs huge construction weighs about 400 metric tones and is 90
square metres.
 It is located five metres below the surface of pristine turquoise waters in
the Indian Ocean, is the Wok N’ Roll Underwater Restaurant.
 The restaurant is surrounded by vibrant coral gardens, leaving the
admirers speechless.
Business Idea
 Opening an underwater aquarium restaurant
 Our business is like a service to the public
 It will bring revenues and popularity in the business
 There are lots of competitors like Anantara Kihavah in Maldives

 Getting as much revenue as possible and expand our business
worldwide.
 The purchasing power will be affordable.
 Best quality of foods will be available.
 Its surrounding will be attractive, peaceful and clean.
 Musicians and dancers will entertain the clients while they are
having their delicious meal.
Marketing Plan
 The unique selling proposition will be affordable to all people.
 We will make use of social media to sell our products, for example; we will create a
page on Facebook. In addition, we will promote our restaurant by famous and
popular film stars.
 On festive occasions, deductions on the prices will be made.
 Foods such as Indian, Chinese ,Italian and Seafood dishes will be prepared. Some of
the dishes and their prices are as follows:

Resources
 The manager should have at least five years of experience in the particular field. The
management team should know more than three languages including English.
 The CEO is responsible for the day to day management decisions, implementing long and
short terms plan.
 The owner will take a loan from the bank to invest in the business.
 HR: managers the recruitment, performance management and staying in compliance with
employment & food- handling.
 Operations: Aims at satisfying the customers, making profits and avoiding potential crisis
such as food poisoning.

 As investment, it will at least require around RS 18 millions.
 We can borrow money from the bank.
