• WinSC will wake up the Workhorse, and allow

you to do the following:
Help you create a command file using PlanADCP.
Set the ADCP’s real-time clock date and time.
Help you to verify the ADCP’s compass alignment.
Test the ADCP.
Send the commands from your command file to the
ADCP.
Interact directly with the ADCP using a terminal
window.

• WinADCP is a software package for use with RDI
Self-Contained Acoustic Doppler Current
Profilers. This software package supports both
the Narrowband and the Broadband/Workhorse
Binary Output Data Formats.
• In general, WinADCP gives the user a visual sense
of the entire set of data. It also allows the user to
zoom in on a portion of the data for closer
analysis.
