Can Lead To Emotional Problem?

many more may linked to behaviour problems.

and physical changes like increased blood pressure.

children spent more time playing video games.

to suffer from depression, anxiety and social phobias.
How compulsive gaming addiction

 A recent study that was published in March 2016
in Cyberpsychology, Behaviour, and Social Networking found that
excessive gaming over time can cause a decrease in epinephrine
and norepinephrine levels in the brain.
 Adolescents who are addicted to gaming are actually lowering
their stress regulation and increasing their anxiety levels.
 These brain changes can lead to other physiological changes like
the development of depression or anxiety.

Conclusion
The causes of video game addiction are complex and
can vary greatly, but the effects have the potential to
be severe. Playing video games should be a fun
activity for all to enjoy. But just like everything else, the
amount of time one spends playing video games
needs to be balanced with personal and social
responsibilities.

Parents and teenagers should limit and
manage the time spend on computer
games
 The time spend on computer games should not more than 2 hours per week
 Manage the time by creating a time schedule
 Spend the free time to do something more meaningful
Teenagers should spend more time
with their family
 Eat dinner together
 Joining family events
 Face-to-face communication with family
Teenagers should maintain healthy lifestyle

 Avoid staying up late or all night
