• Claim on Reimbursement basis

Original Doctor Prescription, Doctor
Consultation, Diagnostic lab & Pharmacy bills
• Claim can be made 2 times a Year

–Dental Treatment like Root Canal, Teeth Extraction, Scaling etc

–Phsycartric related OPD
–Daycare Procedures
–Cost of Spectacles, Laser surgery etc..
–Preventive Health Check-up
–Vaccinations
