A Kumasi-based car dealer wishes to build a house to befit his current status as a
president of the car dealers association, and has engaged consultants to prepare
architectural, structural and services engineering drawings of the house to be build on
a plot of land situated at Kokoben Appeadu. Tender is therefore open to all Tenderers
from eligible sources as defined in the Guidelines of the Public procurement Board of
the open competitive tendering.

He therefore invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the


Construction of the residence at Kokoben Appeadu in the Ashanti
Region..

Tender documents (and additional copies) may be purchased at the


address stated below for a non refundable fee of GH¢ 200.00 or its
equivalent in a freely-convertible currency, for each set of document.
Interested Tenderers may obtain further information at the same address.

Tenders shall be valid for a period of 120 days after Tender opening and
must be accompanied by bid security of 2% of tender price or its
equivalent in a convertible currency, and shall be delivered to the address
specified below on or before 26th February, 2016 at 10.00 a.m. at which
time they will be opened in the presence of the Tenderers who wish to
attend.

Contract and the following provisions:

BUSSINESS OF THE DAY

The chairman welcomes members of the group and informed those who couldn’t make it to lectures
about the project .
He added that members should fix a date for meeting to undertake the project work, Sokpe Courage
suggested that members should meet every Thursday and Fridays of the week and it was agreed
by the group.
Deynu shalom informed members that the drawing to the project need review as in the preamble of
the question.

The Leader Asked Members To Submit The Work For Discussion and correction. Mr.
Eric Anibrah and Seidu Awulley was asked to establish the unit rate for pricing
the bill of quantities. Members went through the various assignments and were
advised to speed up the process in other to meet the submission date.
