Conclusions:
• Good Stakeholder management strategies and their
implementation are a key factor for the successful
completion of the project.
• Identifying Stakeholders is one the first management
processes to be done in the project; and this is
because if we underestimate its importance then the
whole project could fail.
• With a good Stakeholder Communication Strategy,
we will be able to manage and solve better any
problem that could arise.
• Some authors also consider that a good Stakeholder
Management can give us a free pool of resources to
use in the project.
