Scope of the Document / Target of the meeting

This presentation introduces in to the Netweaver 04 and the integrated solutions Enterprise
Portals and Visual Composer.

The part concerning Netweaver 04 gives an overview of the SAP environment and the
position of the NW stack. Futher on the vision of SAP will be explained and which
components are included and their functions respective features.

The second part shows the Enterprise Portal a part of the Netweaver stack. Thereby the
versions, functions and features, structure of a portal and interfaces to other parts of SAP
as well as third party solutions.

The last part gives an overview on the Visual Composer and it‘s position in the Enterprise
Portal. The connection to BW, advantages and how it works will be explained too.
