Explanation:
Competency - Persons to be elected must be competent enough by
means of having an experience regarding the position they are running
for. Also, the reason for giving an equal rate in our areas of consideration
is that we believe that these four areas must possess equally in choosing
the right government officials.
Integrity Persons to be elected must act with fairness and sincerity. They
need to be honest and transparent especially to the public people they
will be serving for.
Confidentiality Persons to be elected should have the discernment to
know what are confidential information.
Objectivity Persons to be elected should be fair. Meaning, when there
comes a situation that can have a room for the elected person to be
biased, they should bear in mind that they need to be fair no matter the
circumstances are.

Explanation:
So, we come up to the decision that the
government officials to be elected must be
competent enough by means of having an
experience that is related to the department that
they will ne assigned. As an internal auditor, it shall be
implemented that policies should be strictly followed.
There are circumstances wherein some people was
elected merely because of personal connections. It
should be properly checked if the person about to be
elected is rightly assigned in a particular department.
For example, the secretary of the department of
health must be a doctor or at least have a practice in
that field, so that he can attend to the real needs of
the public with regards to their health. 10
