Introduction

In order to identify the main problems related to the testing of Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV), the Instituto Nacional de Saúde (INS) introduced Participants False- False- Final False- False- Final False- False- Final

insignificant figure compared to the total number of providers in the country. In order to circumvent this scenario, the INS has designed the
decentralization strategy, which consists of the preparation of the panels in each of the provinces. This strategy not only ensures the expansion of the ve
participants, but also the rapid intervention for places with low performance. Clinical laboratory 1 2 2 4 6 8 2 12 12

Results
In general, participants did not respond 100% to the panels, which may affect the identification of problems related to rapid HIV testing. Of the 225
participants (panel 1), 198 responded and 178 obtained acceptable results. Most of the services were from the Prevention of Vertical Transmission (62),
and these presented a higher frequency of error (18), where the most frequent error was the final result (19) and the performance was 89.9%. In panel
2, 221 participated and 220 responded, of which 161 had acceptable results. Most were from Counseling and Health Testing (61). The error in the final Conclusions
result was more frequent (33) and the performance was 80.5%. And panel 3 had 221 participants where 201 responded and of these, 165 had
acceptable results. Most of the participants (59) were from the Counseling and Health Testing Services, however, a higher frequency of errors was 1. In all three panels, both response rate and performance were below 100%.
found in clinical laboratories (28) and the performance was 82.1%. 2. The non-acceptable results were due to errors in the final result, false-positive and false-negative results.
3. And the participants with the highest frequency of errors were the Prevention and Vertical Transmission and Health Counseling and Testing services
