INTRODUCTION
 HR is the most important asset in downtown hospital, The
Human Resource Department plays an important role in
recruiting competent individuals.
 Orientation and induction of new employees training and
developing them from time to time. With this core objective,
training need is identified.
 Training is scheduled, imparted to all departments and
evaluated by the HRD department in coordination with the
respective HODs to improve the technical and other skills of the
employees in their respective departments for one calendar
year.
 Down town hospital is the first NABH (National Accreditation
Board for Hospitals and Health care providers) accredited
hospital in north east and along with the other department the
HR department also follows the NABH guidelines.
STUDENTS OBJECTIVES
 To know about the HR department and its function

 To assist the HR Personnel in carrying out their task.

 To be able to put theoretical learning into practice.


STUDENTS ACTIVITIES

 To observe the function of the Reception;


 To attend the various training programs,
 To collect the training register of various department.
 To sort out the CV of the candidate and kept
according to department wise.

CONCLUSION
During the 20 days of fieldwork the
trainee learnt the various functions of the HR
department and it helped to improve the trainee
learning skills and gained a lot of knowledge that
will be helpful for our future.
