At the SPS CWAA we operate a

• ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY
• Towards substance abuse, a random testing procedure
is in operation Substance Abuse Policy
 illicit drugs
 alcohol
Are not permitted on any BP AzSPU operated sites or facilities including SPS CWAA

The possession, distribution, sale and use of illicit drugs and alcohol, will be treated
as gross misconduct leading to disciplinary proceedings which may result in
dismissal Breath alcohol levels: Disciplinary Measure Applied

≥ 0.020 up to 0.039 First detection - level II warning

Subsequent detection - level III warning or dismissal

≥ 0.040 First detection - level III warning;

Subsequent detection - dismissal

AAS-EKOL reserves the right to test employees, contractors or sub-contractors for

substance abuse on random basis
