02 Dalam Kurikulum 2013 lebih ke penerapan HOTS
Kenyatannya, kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi peserta didik masih rendah
(Hasil survey menunjukkan Indonesia menempati posisi ke 45 dari 48 negara
(Puspendik Kemdikbud, 2016).
Mengukur kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi harus menggunakan soal-soal yang
dapat mengukur kemampuan berpikir kritis
