Business Requirements MODERNIZATION Phase 1 & 2 TASTY WHEELS APP • Tasty Wheels App is a mobile based application developed for personal mobile devices and on self-order kiosks installed at the food court BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS Objective and Purpose Tasty Wheels allows customers to place and pay for their order inside the food court with the use of iBeacons. Tasty Wheels helps restaurants to process order faster. Helps both customers and food outlets save time removing redundancy on getting/placing orders and payments.

Devices and Platforms 1.1 The customer application will be developed for two versions- Personal smart phone devices and Self-order kiosk. 1.2 Support module to notify orders at outlets and update availability of menu items to be developed. 1.3 The personal smartphone application should be available for download from App Store and Google Play. 1.4 Self-order kiosk application will be installed on ePOS’s Self-Order Kiosk devices run on Android platform. 1.5 Self-order kiosk will have an attached card payment machine. 1.6 Seating area 1&2 will have 3 self-order kiosks each. Seating area 3 will have 2 self-order kiosks. 2. Tasty Wheels application Tasty wheels app functionalities to be developed for both the platforms. For features which differ on the two platforms have been marked- App Only or Kiosk Only 2.1 User Login (App Only) The user should be logged in or must log-in using e-mail or social media to be able to use the application. 2.2 Start Here Screen (Kiosk only) On standby mode, the kiosk screen displays ‘Start Here’ at the bottom of the screen. The customer must touch the screen to start the ordering process. 2.3 Food court detection The 3 outlets- Pizza, Paratha and Ice Cream Outlet will be displayed in the Main screen of the app 2.4 Browse menu of all 3 outlets and place order from one or multiple outlets Clicking on an outlet will display the menu available for ordering for that outlet Items will be displayed on the screen as described in the menu document provided by Tasty Foods Items from multiple outlets can be added to the cart and proceed to checkout Customization option should be displayed when an item is selected. This option will be available only for items marked ‘Customize’ in the menu document provided by Tasty Foods After customization is done by the user, item can be added to the cart The cart will have the following options: oList of items added oText Box to add any special instructions oSection to apply coupons/promotions oButton to ‘Place Order & Pay’ Home button to take user back to Main screen 2.5 Payment Options Payment options will vary for the two versions of the application as described below: 2.5.1 App Only Payment Options The application must be integrated with PayUs payment gateway. The following payment options will be available to the user oDebit/Credit Cards oE-Wallets oCash at Counter 2.5.2 Kiosk Only Payment Options The application will be integrated with ePOS’s payment options. 2.6 Outlet receives notification
Support devices at the outlet receive notification of the order
2.7 Customer is notified of the confirmed order and wait time
2.8 Customer is notified when order is ready
3. The support module will provide the following features: Order notification: Orders placed along with customization of food items and any instructions from the customer will be displayed. Menu Update: The outlet will be able to mark items ‘Not Available’ or ‘Out of Stock’. This will be reflected in the Tasty Wheel’s customer app. 4. Application Support Super Users will have the authority to add or delete items to the menu or perform any modification to existing items on the menu.
