• It´s called Olla
a la venta in
Spanish.
CRUMBS
• It´s made of
tomatoe, garlic,
olive oil, onion
and bread.
• It was made to
take advantage
of stale bread.
PESTIÑOS
• It´s made of
olive oil, white
wine, orange,
flour, cinnamon,
honey and anis.

• It´s typical in
Easter and
Christmas.

• It´s eaten at any
time in our town.
OREJAS
• It´s made of
eggs, butter,
baking pawder,
sugar, anis and
salt.
• The are called
ears but they
are not from
humans. LOL
