DEFINITION

ASTHMA BRONCHIALE IS A RESPIRATORY DISEASES


CHARACTERIZED BY THE RESPIRATORY TRACT WILL BE
HYPERSENSITIVE ( EXCEPTIONAL SENSITIVITY ) OR
HYPERACTIVITY TO VARIOUS STIMULI, CHARACTERIZED
BY THE OCCURANCE OF CONSTRICTION IN THE LOWER
RESPIRATORY TRACT AREA, WHICH CAN CHANGE THE
DEGREE OF CONSTRICTION IS NORMALIZED

SUGGESTION

1. Do enough rest, try to sleep at least 6 hours a


day
2. Make a habit of exercise like swimming, jogging
or gymnastics
3. Stay away from people who are exposed to
influenza
4. Avoid the smoke that cause pollution
5. Stop and avoid smooking & drinking alcohol
content
6. Do not keep animal that can be asthma triggers

7. Avoid places where damp, dirty, dark, and dusty


like warehouses or places to store junks

8. Avoid the room is being cleaned, when forced to


clean it yourself, use a mask to cover nose and
mouth.
