Aim: Pre-planning Training process, implementation of Training, and capturing data of

Trained Teachers.

Objectives:

a) Building of Database of Teachers Trained across the State.

b) Ensuring that Each teacher is given fixed Quantum of Training per year

c) Study of impact of Training on Students as well as Teachers through constant

feedback received from time to time.

d) Financial implication of Training & Future requirements

The Flow part and the Logic used in the Software

a) Trainer who is entrusted training logs in

b) Pre-selects the nature of the Training via Text methodology/English/ other Training

c) Decides & Fixes duration of the Training according to his or her local needs

d) Selects and simultaneously generates a Heterogeneous group of Trainees chosen

according to pre-fixed criteria from all clusters/ blocks / districts

e) Generates Training orders for individual Trainees

f) Generates Consolidated list of participants

g) On completion of Training generates Attendance certificate / Training Certification

h) Generates the list of candidates failed to attend Trainings along
with the reasons for not attending the Training
i) Generates report on No of Teachers Trained at school level,
cluster level, block level and the District level and overall
State level trainings.
j) Adds Teacher, Edits existing Teacher profile & other details
periodically in the database so that repetition of Training is
avoided
k) In case of transferred teacher the System also Transfers
his/her details of his or her Training details so that Trainer at
the other end knows what type of training has to be given to
the Teacher who is transferred,
ADVANTAGES OF TEACHER TRAINING & MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
1. Makes it very easy for the Trainer to preselect according to his
needs instead of just going ahead with the formalities of
Training
2. System allows selection of Right Teacher for the Right Training
3. Database of Trained and untrained teacher is centrally stored
in SDC. This is can be availed to make proper planning well
ahead of scheduling the training
4. Habitual offenders for training can be caught along with the
reasons cited for being absent for the Training
5. Trainer need not bother about Attendance certificate & Training
certification as the System itself generates the same.
6. Since The Training software is integrated with Push sms,
Teachers can’t simply escape that they didn’t receive training
information in advance.

7. Makes it very easy for the Trainer to avail the computer generated list in seconds
and obtain the original sign of the trainees attending the Training.
8. Since Group of ( yahoo or google group) of subject Teachers are already captured in
the software its easy to send the mail regarding Training well in advance.
9. Since Teacher Bank Account no along with the IFSC code is captured by the software,
it will be very easy for the Trainer to transfer the TA/DA into their accounts of trainees
directly.
10. Through this system Teacher training is Streamlined, need based, unbiased and
thus has far reaching implication on Professional life of Teacher as well as Quality
education received by the Students.
11. System Alerts Training replication – System restricts the user from having a
Teacher for only one Training on a given Day
12 User Level ids and passwords are created for 204 BRC’s, 30 DIETS, 7 CTE’S, 34
DDPI’S, and 3 for DSERT – Enables all users to use it concurrently without any
problems.
 Future plans & Aspirations of TTMS

a) Creating Login id for individual Teachers and allowing them to print their own
Attendance and Training Certification after attending the Training

b) Creating Evaluation module in the Software with which Teacher can be assessed of
his Competencies in his Teachings

c) Complete decentralization – Forces DDPI’S to have take miss reports on training

conducted in his district as and when he desires to generates report

d) On completion of Training generates Attendance certificate / Training Certification

the school first select
the school in the hom
page and then click th

and then click “Add” button to
