• The new way of working will allow employees not
to attend meetings physically but by means of
chats or videoconferencing no matter where they
are through the mobile hardware. It will also
allow companies to contact their colleagues and
customers in an easier way. This new way of
working will drive the company to be more
competitive, because employees spend more
time to visit their customers, go to conferences or
events.

• There will be systems that will be able to verify
and follow the employee’s commitment, ethics
and knowledge. This environment will be created
so that everyone can work and con be used by
anyone in the company, aiming to work faster
and more effective. However, when there is no
connection this new form of work will be
affected, but it is expected that in future
everyone will have the ability to be online and

 Participation:
A place with a good work climate promotes the
involvement and active participation of people in
the company's projects. Devoting time to share
with employees and make them feel important part
of the group causes that, in good times and bad,
the team focuses on achieving the objectives and
solving the problems knowing that it is supported
and that there is a sense of belonging and pride for
what it does.

 Communication:
Employees who act in an atmosphere of cordiality
and honesty know that they can express their
opinions and comments freely and that the
information they receive is equally transparent. This
generates a great commitment and satisfaction,
because everyone is clear about the mission,
values and goals pursued by the company,
understand their contribution to achieve those
objectives and know how to achieve their own.

 Recognition:
A great work climate recognizes the effort of people
to achieve their goals. Managing employees'
performance allows offering rewards, not always
monetary, to people who do their job well. The
objective is for the group to feel that their effort is
valued and that those who have not achieved these
recognitions know that they can achieve it by
improving day by day in the performance of their
tasks and functions.

 Respect:
Respect is the basis of coexistence in any field. A
work climate based on respect for the other, their
opinions and actions allows resolving the
differences that arise between the team. Spending
eight hours a day with classmates is not easy, but
with an education and courtesy, an appropriate
environment can be created for everyone.

 Competitiveness:
A work climate in which achievements are
recognized makes people motivated to fulfill their
goals more effectively. When this happens, the
competitiveness of the organization increases and
employees understand that they must adapt to the
challenges and changes that arise to achieve their
individual and global objectives, and compete
healthily with their colleagues to become the best
worker.
