1. Consent to provide 1. Client consents to providing address details to other NSW government agencies. 3. Client changes address at Supplier Agency 4. Supplier Agency Publish Customer IDs of those who changed addresses (Encrypted with one way hash)

Ensures current address across participating agencies: Communications to most current address. Reduce opportunity for fraud Letters going out to old addresses and pilfered. Natural improvement of data quality (synchronisation over time): Enable government to build layers of detail. Improve ability to detect ID fraud via patterns of behaviour. Improve ability to provide emergency services. Validation of the data Consumer agency to provide feedback/correction opportunity for the data. Increasing use of shared data.
