Many projects launched under the e-government have failed due to a myriad of problems, primarily uncoordinated processes and an overall lack of technical expertise across implementing agencies. This is where the CICT could have made a differenceand where the DICT will.
IMPACT OF DICT
The Congressional Commission on Science, Technology and Engineering (COMSTE), which I chair, foresees the DICT having great impact beyond the ITBPO industry.
