bottom of the outline

Normal view contains three panes
1.Outline Pane
2. Slide Pane

• These panes allow you to work on all aspects of your


presentation at one place.
• We can adjust the size of the panes by dragging pane
borders.

Outline Pane

 Used to organize and develop the content of


presentation.
 Used to include content of the presentation, rearrange
bullet points, paragraphs and slides.

Slide Pane
 In slide pane, we can see how our text looks on each
slide
 We can add graphics, movies and sounds, animations to
individual slides

Notes Pane
 This is helpful to add speakers notes or any other
information we want to communicate to audience
 We can also include graphics notes page view

 All the slides of the presentation are displayed in
miniature from the same time
 Here we can add, delete and move slides
 We can add timings and select animated
transitions for moving from slide to slide
 We can also preview animations on multiple slides

 In the outline view we can rearrange the individual line
items
 Presentation appears as an outline made up of the titles
and main text from each slide
