to be patient at all times. He/She may many a times come across a person who may be irritated for some reason or another and may remove all the frustration on the one who is serving them and that may unfortunately be you. At such a time you must knowhow to deal with the situation without loosing your patience and hurting your guests sentiments.

A person who is working in the

hospitality industry has to make sure that he/she is well groomed and looks presentable at any given point of time may it be at the start of the shifts or the end of it because they are the ones that represent the brand he/she is working for and creates an impression of the organization in the guests mind. This is very important as it helps in generating future business

ONCE UP IN THE MORNING I WASH MY FACE WITH COLD WATER THEN I BRUSH MY TEETH, SHAVE ON MY FACE AND TAKE A BATH AFTER MY BATH I APPLY GARNIER OIL CONTROL FACE WASH WHENEVER I GO OUT AND RETURN BACK TO HOME I WASH MY FACE WITH COLD WATER BEFORE GOING TO CLASS I TAKE A BODY WASH THEN I APPLY BODY LOTION TO MY HANDS AND LEGS THE PERFUME I USE IS AXE CHOCOLATE FLAVOUR I STYLE MY HAIR USING SET WET GEL AFTER RETURNING BACK I RUB MY FACE WITH ICE CUBES IF I HAVE TO GO OUT FOR A PARTY I TAKE BATH BEFORE GOING TO BED I WASH MY FACE WITH COLD WATER I ALSO APPLY OLIV FACE PACK ONCE IN A WEEK AND BLEACH MY FACE ONCE IN A MONTH

DRY SKIN
Winter is enemy for dry skin. Your skin always feel tight and you are probably able to dust away a layer of flakes. Dry skin is usually thin, dull, easily irritated and rough to the touch.

OILY SKIN
Oily skin is typically thicker than normal skin, with less sensitivity to chemicals, detergents, or perfumes. Try a Olive facial cleanser, followed by astringent and an oil free face lotion. Every morning after you shower use an oil free body cleansing gel when you bath.

NORMAL SKIN
Normal skin has an event tone with a soft, smooth texture. Although on that majority of what is considered normal skin there are no

visible pores and no greasy patches or flaky areas. The surface is clear, supple, and smooth to the touch. Normal skin glows from good blood circulation and excellent overall health.

COMBINATION SKIN
Combination skin actually refers to the skin on your face and not the skin that covers the rest or your carcass. most combination skin consist of an oily t-zone (forehead, noise, chin) with dry cheeks and eye areas. in some instances. guys exhibit an entire smorgasbored of skin conditions or more usually still. a dry t-zone with normal cheeks and eye areas. basically ,treat each area according to what you have read above for other skin types. and mask you t-zone two to four times a month .just to even things out.

SENSITIVE SKIN
Sensitive skin affects millions of people in the country. There are four distinc types of sensitive skin: acne, rosacea, burning a stinging, and contact the dermatitis. This skin type have one characteristics in common

MY SKIN TYPE & TREATEMENT

I have oily skin. That means sweating takes place very often on my face as I arrive from the home .due this I need to wash my face regularly . I wash it daily with an oil control face wash. I apply face packs and get a facial done once in a month.

TECHNIQUE TO IMPROVE AND MAINTAIN CONDITION OF HAIR

NORMAL HAIR
IT IS SHINY,WELL BALANCED AND DOES

NOT DRY OUT.

DRY HAIR
DRY HAIR IS DUE TO INACTIVE OIL GLANDS.IT IS ALSO BY OTHER FACTOR LIKE OVER EXPOSURE TO THE SUN, USING HARSH SHAMPOO,AND CHEMICAL TREATMENT.

OILY HAIR
THIS IS DUE TO OVER SECRETION OF OIL. IT LOOKS GRACY EVEN AFTER SHAMPOOING AND ATTRACTS MORE LIT.

COMBINATION HAIR

COMBINATION HAIR IS HAIR THAT IS

DRY AT THE ENDS, OILY AT THE ROOTS.

MY HAIR TYPE
My hair types is Dry hair. I also have dandruff problem. I wash my hair in the morning and apply coconut oil before going outside the home. Some times if coconut oil are not available I use hair gel to set my hair. I use Head & Shoulder shampoo for shower it keep my dandruff free .

THUS I AM FOLLOWING ABOVE DIET CHART & I AM OVERWEIGHT BY 10 KGS AS PER MY HIGHT 166 CM. THATS WHY I EAT MORE FRUITS AND AVOID JUNG FOOD.

RUNNING IN THE EARLY MORNING
I DO THE 20 PUSH UPS EVERY DAY AND I ALSO DO THE YOGA.

AND I ALSO FOCUSING ON MY CHEST.
