Dependent variable employee work motivation.

Conclusion The results indicate that there is a statistical significant relationship between all of the independent variables with dependent variable employee work motivation

By reviewing the chapter we conclude that
Number of aspects of the workplace that motivate people other than money
Motivation factors for a person may change over time More than one need may be operational at any one time A method of participative management could be effective to motivate employee
