The firing is of two different types, they are single firing and double firing. Single firing for vitrified tiles and double firing for wall tiles. For creating the vitrified tiles, we use first firing than policing to the tiles. And for creating the tiles, they have same process . If some tiles are broken during preparation, then they will throw the waste and pack the good product and stored in the warehouse.
