Interview is a form of oral communication . It is one to

one or one to group interaction. The most important skill one should possess during an interview is ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE WELL. Interviews are pre-planned and structured. It helps to make an assessment of each other. It is a formal presentation between an interviewer and an interviewee It is a form of medieval torture designed to reduce candidates to a quivering wreck . Interviews are not meant to be ordeal.
