on bed rest do a minimum of two sessions daily ( Breathing-simple circulatory 10 20 times ). 2-When up for side of bed making add the following exercises ; shoulder & swing legs, 3- when up for half an hour add shoulders stretch,& bend trunk to each side 5-10 times. (N.B.) (If patient get any chest pain during exercises stop it.)
1 : slow level walking. Grade 2: mild daily living activities as(walking, swimming, stair climb). Grade 3: Optimal endurance training as ( running , dance, tennis).
