In this type of machine, hydraulic fluid is transmitted throughout the machine to various hydraulic motors and hydraulic cylinders.
The fluid is controlled directly or automatically by control valves and distributed through hoses and tubes. The popularity of hydraulic machinery is due to the very large amount of power that can be transferred through small tubes and flexible hoses.

Jacking System is a system pile erection that is quite unique in using the Indirect Hydraulic Jacking Technology. This system has been awarded patents from the United States, Great Britain, and New Zealand.

The Hydraulic Jacking System consists of a Hydraulic Ram which is placed parallel to the pile that will be erected where to hit the pile and mechanisms of suppressor plate that are at the top of pile is applied. By this system, the pile will be depressed continuously into the ground without sound, without blow, and without vibration.

Placement of hydraulic pressure system that compound and clamped on two sides of pile will cause the benchmark position gets enough precision and accuracy. Concrete blocks or iron plates is placed as loader on both sides of the banks tool where its loading is adjusted to the required load of pile.

The driver use strong static force produced by high presure oil to drive pre-cast pile into ground smoothly and quietly. The operations such as lifting, clamping, pressing and moving are driver by hydraulic mechanism. The driver can press square pile 0.3 x 0.3m ~ 0.4 x 0.4m and the length of pile is more 2.5m. It can also press or pull round pile and H steel by just changing the pile clamping mechanism.

Enter the pile to Jack-in clamps using a crane on the machine. Release the clip and the crane cable. Check either the pile is straight or not for the last time and check the position of the pile in the direction of X and Y. Start the Jack-In Piling using clamping devices to create pressure so that the pile can penetrate the soil layer.

The driver's movement is smooth and its working range is very large because it is fully controlled by hydraulic devices. High mobility due to it easy assemble, dismantle and transporting.

In Hydraulic Jacking System, Ram Hydraulic system is placed parallel to the pile that will be driven; the pole will be depressed continuously into the ground without sound, without a blow and without vibration.

Free from air pollutant and noise

Technology of pile driving is clear from smoke and dust particles (if using drop hammer) and free from tarnish (if using bore-piles). Therefore Hydraulic Jacking System is also not noisy by the sound of blows driving (such as drop hammer). This technology is called as environment friendly technology.

Loading Test Directly

The pressure load of concrete beams / iron plate is an integrated tool with a VPile which has weight 2 times the maximum load that can be carried per pile and serves also as load test, so the procedures, schedules and the number of point loading test can be easily be decided in accordance with the needs of its implementation in the field.

Disdvantages of Hydraulic Jacking System

The movement of Hydraulic Jacking System tool is slow, so the moving process need long time especially for distance of one pile driving point to other point is relatively far.
