The Ancient Teachings Of the Masters describe extensively how to find this peace, serenity and security at the temple within.

There is a teaching that is so old that all teachings derive from it.

Each form of life, whether it be a rock, a dog, a bird or a man, is imbued by Sugmad with a divine spark called soul.

The Ancient Masters teach that soul is mans true identity, inborn and indestructible, the eternal consciousness that knows no death.

Soul has no location in the world of time and space

... but has the ability to know, see, hear and perceive.

Soul is always in the present, for It has no past or future, one must live in the moment, NOW.

The Ancient Teachings emphasize the Sound Current as the foundation of Soul.

It is God projecting Itself in all planes of all universes, in a constant wave of blue, harmonious light, and of musical vibrations

 through which flows the lightgiving and creative power of God, the Sugmad.

The SUGMAD is

the Supreme God; infinite Ocean of Love and Mercy.

From It flows all life, all truth, all reality; all wisdom, love and power

When the SUGMAD speaks, everything in existence vibrates and this creates the Spirit, the divine sound.

 the Light is the reflection of the universal atoms,

 and the Sound is the movement of those atoms in space.

is the movement of Divine Spirit in the lower worlds.

You will find that this love which sustains all life,
and known as the Divine Spirit, can be seen as light and heard as sound.

That once you have the twin aspects of Sugmad, you know that you are Home.

The Ancient Teachings Of the Masters is a way of life.

it is for the individual.

It teaches direct experience of God at the temple within by movement in soul.

an experience that can be achieved by any man or woman

with a bold heart and adventuresome spirit.

The God we know in this teaching (and refer to as the Sugmad) is like a great whirling vortex, out of which comes Divine Spirit.

This Spirit is like a sea,

and Man is a fish swimming in this sea.

 whenever you get into trouble, know that Soul exists because of Gods love for it.

This is one of the most inflexible of all laws:

Is It True? Is It Kind?

Is It Necessary?

The greater the appetite for power, the lesser the respect for truth.

Truth reveals itself only in those who seek and love it.

A lover of truth must be true to himself, then he loves himself and loves God.

Each person is in the place which he has earned for himself.

The good karma will be kept while the negative karma will be given up as the burden of learning the lessons of life. ...

The final goal of good karma is to bring the chela to the Living Master and to learn the true path to the SUGMAD.

This is the very highest reward of good karma, assuring the chela of his liberation from the Wheel of Eighty-Four.

Mans essential nature is primarily a spiritual desire for God.

Each Soul can be liberated so that It may stay upon the high summit of the spiritual mountain and view the world.

When their good karma brings them into the presence of the Living Master it is because they have earned it.

As the master and Vi Guru of the time,

my purpose is to give both inner and outer spiritual assistance to those

... who have decided that these teachings are the path they wish to follow.

The chela is taken under the protection of the Mahanta,

as the hen takes the baby chick under its wing to keep the world from crushing it.

He knows that with each step he takes he is on hallowed ground, for the Mahanta is always with him.

In no way is the personal liberty of the Initiate ever interfered with by surrendering to the Inner Master.

At the initiation

and accompanies him all the way through the regions of light until he reaches his home within the Ocean of Love and Mercy.

It is an unspeakable feeling of blessedness which comes upon them.

Every Master of his own time has always been as close to his own Initiates as their breathing, and as near as their heartbeat

Whosoever realizes himself as pure Soul knows that only by transcending the worlds of cause and effects through the spiritual exercises ,

is one liberated.

HU is the secret name for God. All things and beings exclaim this name of the Lord, for every activity of life expresses distinctively this very sound.

You must chant the words of God, be it HU or any of the other words, a million upon a million times

Be on the lookout for:

Lust, greed, vanity, anger and attachment.

Kal Niranjan keeps man blinded to his own higher interest through the five passions.

The true motivation is to reach the kingdom of God and nothing else,

to become a clear channel for Divine Spirit

and to receive complete freedom in Soul.

The release of all tensions and conflicts is the first step to self surrender,

 turning over all difficulties and problems over to this Inner Master, and of course, turning your inner life over to him also.

If you are thinking about your difficulty you are not thinking about God.

We let go on the inner, our feelings and our thoughts we may have about people, what we hear, and the things of this world.

the idea is to let God be God in you.

Being thankful and having a heart full of gratitude is powerful

and promotes a healing thougt form.

If one puts aside the smaller self, all that which makes up the ego and personality, then he allows the soul self to shine through.

Make no Distinction between

GOOD and BAD, nor between UGLY and BEAUTIFUL.

As long as we remain in the state of being either FOR or AGAINST, our progress to the Supreme Consciousness is delayed.

One factor that tends to hold man back is fear; it is one of mans evils.

It can be overcome by filling yourself full of love.

Love comes through the practice of the Kamit which is the law of silence.

No one can enter into the state of love until he knows loyalty, devotion and love for Divine Spirit.

His loyalty, faith and devotion are his survival factors.

Make everything BRIGHT and BEAUTIFUL about you.

Cultivate a Spirit of HUMOR. Enjoy the SUNSHINE.

Have a song in your heart.

Live truth with enthusiasm!

Be motivated toward your goal, and do so enthusiastically!
